Please note, guest have 2 hours after the flight landed to get to meet Airport Representative to avoid ‘no show’.

Suvarnabhumi Airport: After retrieving the luggage please go to gate 4. There will have our airport representative standby and show SP Logo & passenger’s name on welcome plate.

DMK Airport: After retrieving the luggage please go to gate 5 (international flight), or gate 11 (domestic flight). There will have our airport representative standby and SP Logo & passenger’s name on welcome plate.

- Any other pick up point which is not the Airport, if the waiting time is more than 30 minutes there will be an extra charge 450-car / 550-van / 650-H1 / 750-Alphard and Benz applied
- No Show at Suvarnabhumi Airport is 100% of penalty charge
- No Show at DMK Airport is 100% of penalty charge
- Cancellation or amendment must be reported prior 4 hours in advance otherwise, the penalty charge will be the full amount
